BMW X5 E53 Double DIN car stereo upgrade fitting kit with SWC (NAVIGATION RADIO)

This head unit fitting kit includes:

Quadlock extension cable (10-155)

This cable is for extending the quadlock from the Tuner in the rear boot of some cars like BMW X5  and Range Rover models.

Antenna extension cable (21-028)

5 metre male to female Fakra antenna cable extension. With water blue universal Fakra cable. Used to extend the fakra connector when fitted at the rear of a car

Antenna adapter cable (21-106)

Male Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from a fakra antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.

Steering wheel control interface (29-628)

Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for various BMW cars to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade. The cable adapts from the Quadlock connector in the car to standard ISO aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable. The CANbus steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable for a plug and play installation. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio.

Universal SWC patch lead (29-025)

Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the 29-Series control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.

Suitable for Use with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.

BMW X5 E53 Double DIN car audio fascia (50-770-NAV)

Car radio fascia adapter panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket double din car radio upgrade.

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour o the original radio.

This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation.

This fascia is supplied with 2 extra mounting brackets, cars with original navigation radios have different mounting points to cars with standard radios, fitting instructions are supplied.

We recommend this installation is done by a professional car audio technician.

The fascia is designed to fit BMW X5 (E53) 2000-2006 car models.
