Abarth/ Fiat 500 (2016-2021) Double DIN car stereo upgrade fitting kit (STANDARD RADIO)

Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain the use of the steering wheel controls in Abarth and Fiat 500 (2016-2021) car models with a standard factory radio system.

Retains steering wheel controls, original DAB and FM. Does not retain original settings menus.

PLEASE NOTE: Only suitable for standard radio systems, for Uconnect 5 inch systems please use FK-625-UCON5 and FK-627-UCON7 for Uconnect 7 inch systems

Some minor dashboard cutting modification is required, we strongly recommended this to be done by a professional car audio installer

This complete head unit fitting kit includes:

Fakra DAB male to DAB SMB female antenna adapter (21-037)

Use to convert the original (Fakra DAB) antenna connector in a car to a female SMB (used on aftermarket head-units)

Fakra to DIN antenna adapter cable (21-106)

Male Fakra to Male DIN antenna adapter cable. This cable adapts from a Farka antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade. This is a passive adapter cable, not suitable for cars that need a phantom power supply to turn on the antenna amplifier.

CANbus steering wheel control interface (Larger style Connector) (39-FIA-03)

CANbus steering wheel control interface for Fiat/ Alfa Romeo (2014 Onwards) vehicles with the larger-style connector behind the radio.

This interface uses a larger style connection behind the original radio to allow the use of the original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket head-unit. It also provides CANbus outputs as well as Ignition, speed pulse, reverse, handbrake and illumination signals.

This model is universal and can be used with Alpine, Blaupunkt, Clarion, Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, Sony or  Zenec Head-units.

It is supplied complete with instructions and a universal patch lead to connect to the steering control input of the above head unit brands
