Complete fitting kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit and retain use of the factory steering wheel controls in select Ford Mondeo (2003-2007) car models with 5000C, 6000CD or Sony 6000CD head units with a quadlock connection. This fitting kit allows the fitting of an aftermarket Double DIN car stereo into the cars factory dashboard by matching the shape, style, size and colour of the original OEM factory fitted radio. A steering wheel control interface is also included. The cable adapts from the original connector in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip and source buttons.
This head unit fitting kit includes:
ISO to DIN Antenna adapter (21-100)
Antenna adapter cable for European cars that have an ISO original style antenna cable. This cable converts the cars existing ISO aerial plug to an aftermarket DIN type used by Clarion, JVC, Pioneer, Sony and other Japanese, Chinese and American radio manufacturers.
Steering wheel control interface (29-654)
Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for Ford C-Max, Fiesta, Focus, Fusion, Galaxy, Kuga, Mondeo, S-Max and Transit vehicles to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade.
The cable adapts from the Quadlock connector in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.
The steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable for a plug and play installation. NOTE: Some cars do not have an ignition power supply in the original quadlock, these cars will require an ignition supply to be hardwired.
This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip and source buttons.

Universal SWC patch lead (29-025)
Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the 29-Series control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.
Suitable for Use with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.
Ford Mondeo Double DIN fascia adapter and cage kit (50-857)
Replacement car audio fascia to enable you to change the original radio in the car to a Double DIN aftermarket version
Includes cage kit so the aftermarket cage supplied with the new radio will not be needed.
The radio fits square into the fascia, some Mondeo models require the radio to be angled back for easier fitting into the dashboard. Some cutting of plastics behind the radio may be needed for the fitting of this fascia.
The square straight fitting gives a flush mount finish to the front of the radio, however, cutting of plastics behind the radio may be required to allow the radio to fit.
