Upgrade your vehicle’s sound system with the JL Audio C2-525, a 5.25-inch (130 mm) two-way component speaker system from the Evolution C2 Series. Designed to deliver clear and dynamic audio performance, the system separates the woofer and tweeter drivers to create improved sound staging and greater detail compared with standard coaxial speakers.

Each woofer uses a mineral-filled polypropylene cone with long-excursion capability and a durable stamped steel frame, delivering smooth midrange response and strong mid-bass output. High frequencies are reproduced by 0.75-inch silk dome tweeters, which provide extended treble response and excellent off-axis dispersion for clear sound throughout the vehicle cabin.

The system includes external crossover networks built with premium components, such as Mylar capacitors and air-core inductors. These crossovers feature three levels of tweeter attenuation and built-in tweeter protection, allowing installers to fine-tune the system for the vehicle’s acoustics while maintaining long-term reliability.

With 60 W RMS power handling, 225 W peak power and a frequency response of 63 Hz – 22 kHz, the C2-525 provides balanced sound whether powered by a factory stereo or an aftermarket amplifier.
