Upgrade your vehicle’s sound system with the JL Audio C3-525, a 5.25-inch (130 mm) convertible component speaker system from the Evolution C3 Series. The unique convertible design allows the system to be installed as either a separate component system with external tweeters or as a coaxial speaker, providing maximum flexibility depending on your vehicle’s installation requirements.

The system features 5.25″ woofers with mineral-filled polypropylene cones, oversized 1.2″ voice coils and injection-moulded polymer baskets, designed to deliver strong mid-bass performance and accurate midrange reproduction. High frequencies are handled by 1″ silk dome tweeters, engineered to produce smooth and extended treble response both on-axis and off-axis for clear sound throughout the cabin.

Premium external crossover networks are included and built using high-quality components such as Mylar capacitors and segmented air-core inductors. These crossovers offer four levels of tweeter attenuation and three levels of midrange presence adjustment, providing multiple tuning options so installers can optimise the sound to suit the vehicle’s acoustics.

With 75 W RMS power handling, 225 W peak power and a frequency response of 48 Hz – 25 kHz, the JL Audio C3-525 delivers powerful, detailed sound when paired with a factory head unit or an aftermarket amplifier.
