This Double DIN stereo upgrade fitting kit is specifically designed for Nissan Qashqai J11 (2014–2017) Acenta variants equipped with the standard factory CD radio and 6-speaker audio system (non-navigation models). It allows installation of a standard aftermarket Double DIN head unit while maintaining key factory functionality and vehicle integration.
The included Nissan Qashqai 2014–2017 Steering Wheel Control Interface is designed specifically for Acenta Models and retains factory steering wheel audio controls as well as providing essential CAN-Bus outputs including ignition, speed pulse and handbrake signals. These outputs are required for many modern head units featuring Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation and multimedia functionality. The interface also retains the use of the original factory USB and AUX sockets, ensuring full usability after the stereo upgrade.
To complete the installation, the kit includes a piano black Double DIN fascia adapter for an OEM-style dashboard finish, along with the required aerial adapter and universal patch lead to ensure seamless integration with your chosen aftermarket stereo.

Nissan grey rectangle female antenna connector to male DIN car aerial antenna adapter cable.
This cable adapts from the grey plastic rectangle Nissan antenna connector in the car to a standard aftermarket male DIN connector, this is used when fitting a new aftermarket radio.
This is a passive antenna adapter, however there is a loose wire that needs to be connected to the antenna turn on output from the new radio, this turns on the original antenna amplifier in the car.
