This Pioneer 9-inch Perfect Fit fitting kit is designed to install the Pioneer SPH-PF97BT (sold separately) into Mazda MX-5 Facelift models produced between 2009 and 2015 with standard audio systems. It provides a seamless integration of the new 9-inch Pioneer head unit while retaining the vehicle’s original aesthetic and fitment quality.

The kit includes a 9-inch fascia adapter panel that aligns perfectly with the MX-5 dashboard, ensuring an OEM-style finish. A dedicated Mazda ISO wiring lead is also included for straightforward plug-and-play installation.

PLEASE NOTE: For vehicles with steering wheel audio controls please use PF-138-SWC

PLEASE NOTE: This kit is not compatible with Mazda MX-5 models fitted with Bose Audio or Sound By Bose systems, as those vehicles require different amplifier integration components.

Mazda (01>) car Radio ISO lead (for cars without steering wheel audio controls

Car radio lead for Mazda cars made after 2001. Connects the new radio to the cars original connector. These cars have a one piece connector behind the radio.

9 Inch Fascia Adapter

Designed for use with Mazda MX-5 (2009-2015) car models, this fascia is designed for installation of the Pioneer 9” stereo. Built as a bespoke fit for vehicles in the application list, it adapts the dashboard aperture after removing the factory stereo to accept a universally mounted 4-screw head unit. This ensures compatibility with the Pioneer 9 inch system while retaining the original OEM-style appearance of the dashboard.
