This USB-IN Retention Cable lets you retain your factory USB socket in select Subaru and Toyota vehicles (2013 Onwards) when fitting an aftermarket head unit. With a plug-and-play installation, there’s no cutting or splicing, making it a seamless upgrade for your vehicle.

When you replace the factory stereo in select Subaru and Toyota vehicles (2013 Onwards), you usually lose access to the original USB port. The InCarTec USB-IN Retention Cable solves this by allowing you to keep that USB socket functional. It fits into the existing housing, maintaining your vehicle’s finish and functionality.

With a simple plug-and-play design, installation is quick and clean. No wiring modifications needed — simply connect the retention cable inline with your new head unit, and you retain your original USB-IN port without sacrificing any functionality. Works with cars fitted with USB sockets from 2013 onward.
