Toyota Auris 2015-2019 Single/ Double DIN Stereo Fitting Kit with Steering Wheel Control Retention

This complete fitting kit is designed for selected Toyota Auris 2015-2019 Active models with the standard AM/FM CD radio. It allows you to install a single DIN or double DIN aftermarket car stereo head unit while retaining the use of the original steering wheel audio controls. It is not suitable for vehicles with Toyota Touch 2 multimedia systems.

The kit includes a piano black fascia panel, a steering wheel control interface with ISO radio adapter cable, a GT13 to DIN aerial antenna adapter, and a universal patch lead. This head unit fitting kit includes:

Antenna adapter cable (21-147)

Toyota 2009 onward to male din antenna adapter cable.

This cable adapts from the 2009 onward style Toyota antenna connection at the back of the cars original radio to a standard aftermarket male DIN antenna connection to allow the fitting of an aftermarket radio upgrade.

The Toyota connector is rectangular with a round antenna terminal inside.

The antenna adapter has a loose blue wire, this needs to be connected to the antenna turn on output on the new stereo. This will turn on the original antenna amplifier in the car.

Steering wheel control interface (29-695)

Steering wheel control interface and adapter cable for various Toyota and Lexus cars to fit an aftermarket radio upgrade.

The cable adapts from the Toyota style connectors in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable.

The steering wheel control interface is built in to the adapter cable for a plug and play installation.

The interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio. The interface will work the volume, track skip, source and phone buttons.

Additionally the interface provides speed pulse output (for navigation units) handbrake output and reverse signal output - for aftermarket reverse cameras. 

Universal patch lead for steering control interface (29-025)

Universal patch lead to be used with In car Tec 29- series steering wheel control interfaces. This cable plugs into the 29-Series control box and connects to the 3.5mm socket or single wire on the back of the new head-unit.

Suitable for Use with Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Sony, Zenec, Philips, Dynavin and non branded Chinese head units.

Single/Double DIN fascia adapter (50-871)

Car radio fascia adapter panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket Single or Double din car radio upgrade.

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.

This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel.

A pocket is also provided for single DIN installation.
