This Double DIN stereo installation kit enables the upgrade of the factory radio to a modern aftermarket Double DIN head unit in compatible Vauxhall vehicles. The included matte black fascia panel is designed to match the original dashboard styling, providing a neat, factory-style finish once installed. A metal Double DIN mounting cage is supplied to securely support the new stereo within the dashboard.
The kit includes a CANbus steering wheel control interface that allows continued use of the vehicle’s original audio controls mounted on the steering wheel. A universal patch lead set is provided for compatibility with major aftermarket stereo brands, along with a Fakra to DIN aerial adapter with phantom power support to ensure proper radio signal operation. Radio release keys are also included to simplify removal of the original factory unit.
This complete fitting solution is designed for professional-grade installations and is suitable for Vauxhall Meriva, Signum, Tigra and Vectra models listed below when fitted with compatible factory radios.

The main radio connection on compatible cars with have one big quad lock connector with a lever to remove from the back of the radio. Earlier cars with factory ISO connections will require a different fitting kit.

This head unit fitting kit includes:

This interface will also adapt from the quadlock connector in the car to standard after market ISO connectors.

This interface will also allow you to use the car's original steering control buttons to access the original display screen to update the time and date settings.
A Fakra to DIN phantom powered antenna adapter is included and wired into the adapter harness.

Patch cable set to connect a UNICAN interface between an after market head unit and the steering wheel controls.
